YDF-2004 is a 100% Bisphenol-F type Taffy process solid resin. YDF-2004 is recommended for high solid system, low VOC coating wet paint and powder coating. Especially, in powder coating, YDF- 2004 is recommended for the production of homogeneous powder which produces coating with good flow, high gloss and outstanding mechanical properties in combination with polyester resin hybrid system. Its EEW is standard type 4, but its melt viscosity is very similar to type 2 to obtain good flow property, excellent flexibility with very good chemical resistance, anti-corrosive properties and excellent mechanical properties.
