HIKOTACK DP-100 is a pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from the polymerization of olefins and unsaturated aromatic diolefins derived from the thermal cracking process of naphtha. This grade has a hydroxyl value moderated by the modification of phenolic monomer, so it shows very good compatibility with polar polymer such as epoxy resin and alkyd resin. Thus, the main use is vehicle for paint products. And it can also be used as a tackifier for the EVA-based hot melt adhesive (HMA).
