The Tetra-functional epoxy resin, KDT-4400 developed by KUKDO CHEMICAL shows excellent curing properties such as UV blocking effect and thermal stability, etc. If used with brominated epoxy resin, it can be applied in the electronic and electrical field for the AOI system.
