Cardolite NC-370 is a high viscosity 100% solids resin used as a binder for friction products. Along with hexamine as the crosslinking agent, NC-370 provides a heat curable thermosetting system that offers all the desirable characteristics of impact strength, flexibility and thermal stability. Friction products made with CNSL have superior heat resistance compared to those made with drying oils (such as linseed oil), and do not give problems caused by oil bleeding. Basic Uses Cardolite NC-370 can be used for Heavy use and rail applications. This product is very good for the wet mixing process and provides excellent resistance.
