Composites/Composite Resins

Epoxemex Composite Resins are formulated for the manufacture of high-performance composite materials, offering an excellent combination of mechanical resistance, adhesion, chemical stability and ease of processing. Our systems are designed to work with different reinforcement materials, such as fiberglass, carbon fiber and natural fibers, allowing the manufacture of lightweight, resistant and durable components for industrial, automotive, marine, electrical, construction and renewable energy applications. Our portfolio includes resins of different viscosities, reactivities and mechanical properties, adapting to processes such as hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), filament winding and other composite manufacturing methods.

What are Composite Resins Composites used for?

Epoxy resins constitute the structural matrix of the composite material, responsible for bonding and protecting the reinforcement material, distributing mechanical stresses and providing chemical, thermal and environmental resistance to the final component. Correct resin selection allows optimizing system performance according to the demands of each application.
