Polyetheramines are organic compounds containing amino groups attached to a polyether chain, allowing them to react efficiently with epoxy resins to form high-performance thermoset materials. Depending on their chemical structure, they can provide different levels of flexibility, chemical resistance and working time. This family also includes functional amines used as chemical intermediaries in various industrial applications. Thanks to their structure based on polyether chains with reactive amino groups, they allow developing formulations with low viscosity, excellent wetting, good flexibility and high mechanical properties. Additionally, some polyetheramines and functional amines are used as chemical intermediaries in the manufacture of detergents, gas treatment products and other industrial formulations.
